As soon as possible. Start at birth, clean your baby’s gums with a soft, clean, damp cloth. As soon begins to grow teeth cleaning – teeth may start to fall as soon as they appeared. Again, use a damp cloth or small brush with soft bristles and at least once a day, preferably before bedtime.
